Astoria Homes
Announces 'Tapestry' Community
Astoria
Homes, an award-winning Las Vegas-based
homebuilder, is constructing yet another
premier community in the ever fast-growing
valley. Tapestry, the newest development
in the Triumph Neighborhood series,
is set to open its sales office in
May of this year.
Tapestry, a mini-master
planned community that will be situated
on the future corner of Fort Apache
and Severance in Northwest Las Vegsas,
will host The Avenues, The Lanes and
The Courts. The neighborhood will be
pedestrian friendly, with walking paths
and large parks surrounding the homes.
"Tapestry will emphasize
the beauty of the outdoors," said
Astoria Homes Vice President of Marketing
Sia Howe. "Not only will the community
possess homes sophisticated in their
interior modeling, it will boast a
healthy, aesthetically pleasing environment."
True to the Triumph Neigborhood
series, Tapestry will be aimed towards
the first-time homebuyer, single professionals
and young families, offering top-notch
quality homes at entry-level prices.
Triumph Neighborhoods are known for
their community offerings, such as
playgrounds, courtyards and pools.
Keeping in step with
Astoria's other developments, the homes
of Tapestry will be created environmentally
and energy conscious with Energy Star
featrues built into each house. Astoria
Homes has become a recognized national
leader of Energy Star, which makes
homes at least 30 percent more energy
efficient, providing cost savings to
the homeowner.
Astoria Homes' communities
range from the mid-$100,000s to the
low $300,000s. Other Astoria communities
include: Centennial Village in Centennial
Hills; Independence, The Verandas at
The Peaks, and The Courtyards at The
Peaks in the Southwest; and The Hills
in Henderson.
