Astoria
Designs Triumph
Series for First-Time
Buyers
Astoria Homes
is offering "100
percent homes" at
its Triumph neighborhoods,
which are designed
for first-time buyers.
"With
home prices rising
in the valley, our
goal is to provide
beautiful homes with
quality features
to first-time buyer," marketing
executive Sia Howe
said. "Our Triumph
neighborhoods offer
well-built homes
complete with quality
appliances and features
that save time and
money for our buyers."
Features
such as washers,
dryers, refrigerators,
blinds and landscaped
yards with sprinkler
systems are included
with the homes.
Howe
said that most designs
have courtyards or
decks to enhance
the "community-friendly
atmosphere."
The
homes have earned
the Environmental
Protection Agency's
Energy Star label
for being at least
30 percent more energy
efficient than those
built to the Model
Energy Code. In addition,
they offer a 10-year
warranty.
Homes
in the Truimph series
are offered at Independence,
The Courtyards and
The Verandas in the
southwestern valley,
and Silverado Place
in the southeastern
valley.
Other
developments by the
builder include Ironwood
Estates and Centennial
Village in the northwestern
valley, Canyon Trails
in the southwestern
valley, and The Hills
on Mission in Henderson.
Homes
are priced from the
low $100,000s to
the mid-$300,000s.
