Astoria Helps Out Homebuyers

A Las Vegas homebuilder has launched a project to help out potential homebuyers who can’t afford the rising cost of Las Vegas homes.

“Triumph Neighborhoods” includes a series of communities featuring quality homes with all the amenities of other homes, but at a significantly lower price.

The first two projects came with price points in the $110,000 to $120,000 range.

Astoria Homes is now planning The Peaks, a mini-planned community at Coronado Ranch, and the Centennial Hills Town Center in the northwest, both well below the median price.
