Models Now Open
at Astoria Homes’ Newest Community,
Independence
(Las Vegas) – Sia
Howe, director of marketing for Astoria
Homes, announced Independence’s
models are now open. The homebuilder
unveiled five model homes at Independence,
its second community in its Triumph Neighborhood
series, on Nov. 8 at its premier location
on Warm Springs Road, west of Durango.
The five 2-story models at Independence range from 1,246 to 1,421 square feet.
The 1,246 square-feet Residence 511 features two master suites, a loft and
courtyard. At 1,311 square-feet, Residence 522 offers three bedrooms, two and
a half baths, a courtyard and deck off the master suite. The three-bedroom,
two and a half bath Residence 531 is 1,384 square feet and includes a courtyard.
Residence 600, at 1,384 square-feet, includes three bedrooms, two and a half
baths, and a two-car garage. The largest model, Residence 610 at 1,421 features
three bedrooms, two and a half baths and a two-car garage.
Independence features professionally selected exterior color schemes with iron
detailing, exterior shutters, decks and front courtyards. The “100 Percent
Home Package” comes standard with every home and includes refrigerator,
washer & dryer, mini-blinds throughout, fully landscaped yards and a 2-10-year
Home Buyer’s Warranty.
“The layouts of all the Independence residences are extraordinary, a must
see,” Howe said. “Amazing homes, paired with an almost endless list
of quality features and prices starting from the $120,000s makes Independence
ideal for first-time homebuyers, including young families and single parents.”
In addition, all homes feature “Energy Star,” an EPA-approved system
of ensuring that homes are at least 30 percent more efficient than the Model
Energy Code. By using the “Energy Star” program, homeowners save
valuable energy and also lower the costs of heating and cooling.
The community features two picturesque parks with playgrounds, covered picnic
tables, pools with cabanas, and open grassy areas.
To visit the Independence models and sales office, take the 215 to Durango
and go south, then west on Warm Springs Road. The office is open from 10 a.m.
to 5 p.m. Saturday through Thursday and noon to 5 p.m. Fridays. The sales office
can be reached at 702.736.2125. More information on the community can be obtained
from the homebuilder’s website at www.AstoriaHomes.com.
As part of the “Triumph Neighborhoods” concept, Independence features
quality homes with all the amenities of other homes at a significantly lower
price point. Silverado Place, which opened earlier this year in the Silverado
Ranch area, was the first Triumph neighborhood.
Astoria Homes’ communities
include: Ironwood Estates in Centennial
Hills; Auburn Hills, Canyon Trails and
Independence in the Southwest; Silverado
Place in Silverado Ranch; and Villa Villagio
in Seven Hills.
