LAS VEGAS HOMEBUILDER
ASTORIA HOMES HONORED
WITH SUMMIT AWARD
Astoria Homes, a leading Southern
Nevada homebuilder, has received the prestigious
Summit Award from the Professional Warranty
Service Corp. for its high customer satisfaction
and quality home construction.
Mark Eller, regional director
for the national Professional Warranty Service
Corp., gave the award to Astoria Homes late
last year at the homebuilder's corporate
offices in Summerlin. This is Astoria's second
time receiving this award, Eller noted.
Eller said they selected
Astoria Homes for the recognition after conducting
research on the number of overall home closings
and the high rate of customer satisfaction.
Homebuilders are eligible for the program
once they enroll 1,000 homes with Professional
Warranty Service. During the last five years,
Astoria has enrolled more than 2,000 homes
in the 10-year warranty program. Of the 1,000
homes researched, less than 1% of the Astoria
Homebuyers had any concerns or issues.
"These awards are not
given out to many homebuilers," Eller
said. "Astoria has proven to us and
their homebuyers that quality construction
and customer service are top priorities.
Astoria is a true leader in the homebuilding
industry."
Astoria Homes Marketing
Director Sia Howe said their company is honored
to receive the recognition and will continue
their hard work and dedication to their buyers.
"Buyer satisfaction
has always been the number one element to
our success," Howe said. "We create
our homes with the homebuyers in mind - offering
them superior service and quality homes at
an affordable price."
Professional Warranty Service
