In December 2000, Astoria Homes
launched our latest market research tool,
National Survey Systems. Many of you have
received a survey in the mail. Your response
helps us to better focus on you, the homebuyers,
and understand the needs to the homebuying
public.
How will NSS help
Astoria Homes? Utilizing
the results from these surveys will help
make us a better company by exceeding
people's expectations as an Astoria homeowner.
We believe in our philosophy, "Built
for Life," in more ways than
one. Our connection to you does not simply
end once you move in to your new home.
By expanding our communication lines
with actual Astorian homeowners, we will
continually improve upon our homes and
customer service. We're not a "cookie-cutter" homebuilder.

which included features you think are
highest in value. By including more of
the higher-valued items in our new homes,
we'll stay focused on what the homebuying
public wants. This allows us to eliminate
those items you find insignificant in
order to keep our prices low. We want
what you want - to keep our prices and
homes constantly improving at the greatest
value.
How will it help
current homeowners? We
know we're asking a lot from our current
homeowners to take the time our of their
busy lives to fill our these surveys.
However, we want you, your family and
friends as satisfied Astoria homeowners
now and in the future. In order to make
our service better, we need to know about
every contact you have made with us.
We are aware of the many choices available
to homebuyers today when selecting their
home. We're also aware of the time, emotions,
and stress that may go along with it.
These surveys give you the opportunity
