In the early morning hours on Wednesday, April 26th, four dedicated ASTORIA HOMES employees took part in Fox Five Television's Administrative Professionals Olympics for Administrative Professionals Week (also known as Secretaries Week).

ASTORIA HOMES' own Tawnya Rosenthal, Kristalyn Campbell, Noelle Daniels and Dawn Rendon participated in a wastebasket toss, scored by best of three shots and in an obstacle course that consisted of getting a copy from the copier, making coffee and answering a phone call, in the least amount of time. Fox Five morning reporter Ted Pretty was on hand at the ASTORIA HOMES offices to commentate and judge.

Tawnya Rosenthal was the grand-prize winner, with the best total score from both events. She won a prize pack donated by the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino, dinner at McCormick & Schmick's, Notre Dame de Paris tickets, Clint Holmes and Mac King tickets. All other contestants won runner-up prizes. Thanks to everyone who participated and thanks to all Administrative Professionals that help make so many jobs easier!
