Astoria Homes Offers Two New Northwestern Communities, Parkside Estates and Parkside Village

Astoria Homes, best known for their contemporary design, fantastic pricing and superior construction quality is pleased to announce their newest communities, Parkside Estates and Parkside Village.

Astoria Homes opened for business in 1995 with projects in the Northwest and Southeast part of Las Vegas. 1997 marked a banner year for Astoria when they were recognized at the SNHBA’s annual Homer Awards with 5 “Homers” including the prestigious “Home Of the Year Award” for the Sunset plan at their successful Summer Heights community. The momentum continued in 1998 as Astoria Homes closed nearly 300 homes and the accolades continued to pour in. Parkside Estates and Parkside Village are located in Northwest Las Vegas, off of I-95 North at the Durango Exit, at Meisenheimer and El Capitan. These locations offer quick freeway access and Mt. Charleston and Floyd Lamb State Park nearby.

Parkside Estates homes are sized from 2,287 to 3,312 square feet and are priced starting in the $160's. This gated community features a trail system with two parks and a tot lot.
